There aren’t as much cheats as there use to be.. So the solution for that is Penguin Storm! I have it myself and I have not been banned from using the money hacker. If you are going to enter an item ID that is not out on Club Penguin right now is called a patched item which will lead to you getting banned if you enter it on buy item ID, you can press hide error and you won’t get banned but you will not get the requested item.
